Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance - all sales are subject to the conditions contained herein, which are accepted by the buyer upon registering for services with the seller.

2. Those registering for this course should be comfortable with a keyboard and mouse, and should have basic level experience with Windows®XP (or another version of the Windows operating system). This course is best suited for those who want to use QuickBooks to track the financial activities of a business. However, this is not an accounting course, so you should already know the fundamentals of bookkeeping, including basic accounting terminology.

3. Payment - Payment in full is due upon registration.

4. Cancellation - Cancellation by the Buyer PRIOR to 7 days BEFORE each seminar warrants a full refund. The Buyer may not cancel 0 - 7 days prior to the seminar unless such cancellation is accompanied by a death certificate or emergency room admittance form, and must be expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller. In the event of a cancellation the Buyer may be subject to a 15% processing fee.

5. By checking that the Buyer has read and fully understands the content of the seminar being offered the Buyer may not cancel and/or request a refund at anytime during the seminar due to seminar content.
